By creating an account or using SoulChart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SoulChart is a personal astrology, numerology, and wellness application that provides:

Western astrological birth chart calculations and interpretations
Numerological profile analysis
Chinese astrological readings
Daily horoscopes, moon phase tracking, and affirmations
Compatibility analysis
Mood journaling with cosmic correlation insights
Gematria calculator

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

SoulChart is provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Our astrological, numerological, and Chinese astrological readings are based on traditional systems and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, or legal counsel. We make no claims about the scientific validity of astrology or numerology.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate birth data for calculation purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use SoulChart.

5. Free and Premium Tiers

SoulChart offers both free and premium features. Free users have access to core features with advertisements. Premium subscribers gain access to additional features including detailed chart interpretations, advanced compatibility analysis, mood insights, and an ad-free experience.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the Google Play Store's terms and policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store at any time.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, including journal entries and notes. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing app functionality.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the Friends feature
Create multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limitations
Scrape, extract, or systematically download content from the app

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and calculations within SoulChart are the intellectual property of SoulChart and its creators. The astrological and numerological interpretations are original works. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

SoulChart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the app's readings or content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the app.
